Driving for A.J.

As A.J. Foyt celebrates his 50th anniversary of racing Indy cars this season, over 50 different drivers (now counting Al Unser Jr. who is not in the chart below) have driven his Indy cars since he began owning them in 1965. He has mentored, riled, criticized and praised his drivers but what has remained constant is his passionate approach to the sport. We thought it would be interesting to list the drivers who came through the A.J. Foyt School of Hard Knocks.
